How Carbonated drinks
making you sick.

Definition:

Carbonated drinks typically contain carbonated water, high fructose corn syrup (sugar), caramel color, caffeine, phosphoric acid, citric acid, natural or artificial flavors and carbon dioxide.

Intro:

It is delicious to eat, but it has some serious side effects. Drinking high-sugar carbonated  drinks is most commonly associated with obesity, type 2 diabetes, and weight gain.

Teeth:
Carbonated drinks can also have ill effects on your smile, potentially leading to cavities and even visible tooth decay. When you drink high-sugar carbonated  drinks, the sugars it contains interact with bacteria in your mouth to form acid. This acid harm the enamel coating of teeth.
A single 12-ounce can of fizzy drinks contains almost ten packets of sugar,  In fact, multiple studies have shown just how deleterious soda can be to your teeth; left in soda for sufficient time, human teeth will actually dissolve.

Overweight:
Consuming sugar-sweetened, carbonated drinks adds calories to your diet, which may increase your risk of overweight and obesity. Overweight and obesity are significant risk factors for the development of type 2 diabetes and heart disease.

Bone health:
If you are a woman, consumption of cola-type, carbonated drinks may reduce your bone strength.

In  October 2006 article published in “The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition,” nutrition scientist Katherine Tucker, report that women who consume regular and diet cola tend to have weaker hipbones compared to those who do not drink these beverages.

Aging:
If you want to maintain your youthful glow and good health, you have to leave carbonated drinks right now because it contains phosphates and sugars which  accelerate the aging process at the cellular level. So it is high time we have to stop drinking carbonated drinks.
